Well I decided that with the part only cost me $15 I might as well jsut go
ahead and try it, so I get under ym truck, unbolt it, everythign lookin good,
parts look the same (other thana couple of tears in the old ones rubber) so
I go to putit back in. OK the botl that goes through the tranyn jsut wont go
through the mount. I get out into the lite, realize theres abuncha extra
rubber in there, so after about 20 mins of diggin with a small ass knife i
get it out. I go under get the bolts in, adn then drop it into the cross
member hole not easy drive has SLIGHT angle to it, thus making me have to
hold tranny over to get it to work... Oh well get them in, go to reinstall
the last 2 nuts (outa 3 total) and they seemed kinda hard to get on
(especailly compair to takin them off the old mount) So I look see some sh*t
in the threads clean it out with some penetrating oil and a wire brush, put
it all back on. Well it's all going good then SNAP! The freakeding welded
stud comes loose, so now I got my tranny half bolted on!
F*CK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways just needed to vent.
FINALLY THE QUESTION:
Could I just WELD THE HELL OTUA IT? or should I jsut tkae it back adn
wait 2 days to get a new one???
