I just laugh when someone jacks me by going well beyond what something is
worth. I guess they deserve it if they want it *that* bad. I figure when that
happens its out of ignorance and adrenaline. They just get too excited or
something and want to *win*. Like its Vegas or something. When auctioning,
one has to accept that many a sweet thing will slip through your fingers if you
are pricing things right. The bigger the auction, the more likely it is that
someone will outbid by overpaying. Ebay is the biggest I know of and chock
full of suckers.
