Hey all....getting closer to gettin my R/T. Me and a buddy went down to the
dealership at 11:00pm to take a look around without
being hassled. They had a '01 RC R/T in the new silver color.....its
bitchin. Anywho...i was lookin at the window sticker and
the engine specs have changed. If im not wrong...all 98-00 R/T's are rated
at 250hp and 345lb/ft. This '01 was rated at 245hp and
335lb/ft. Just thought this was a little strange. Also..the new interior's
are bad ass...the new dash layout is nicer and cleaner looking.
The gauge package look different too..kinda inset with different looking
gauges....im wondering if maybe the gauges will fit into a
98-00 guage pod..they look almost the same. The sticker on the '01 was 22k.
They had 2 99's on the lots for sale also. A black CC
with 7,700mi on it...they wanted 21k for it and it had a mangled rear bumper
like someone had decided to try an tow something with it.
They also had a red RC with 13,000mi on it that was in really good
condition...i found a few scratches on it...but it looked sweet!!!
