I went through 2 Pro Torque/Level 10 2,400-2,700 stall converters before
I gave up hope.
I say good luck in getting ANY stall out of them.
I don't know if it's the electronic lockup, or the computer, or
what...they just don't seem to stall at all.

Sorry to here that Alan. I have a precision industries "Viper" TQ. It stalls
around 3600-3700. It retains the lock up. It is by far the best TQ I've ever
used.(had 2 before it). THe driveability is superb. In normal driving
sitiuations, I hardly know it's there. I'm running more stall than I used to
with better driveability. The torque multiplication is higher(2.5 vs stock
1.8). It hits soo hard. This why I feel I ETd so well. It's good for like
1200hp. It is pricey, however. But I wouldn't give mine up! These are custom
billet converters with any stall you want. If a second stall change is
needed, it's free.
Tom-no longer cringes when he hits the juice. :)
