I can't help with the actual Dodge conversion but I did convert my old Camaro
from a TH350 to a M22 4-speed. Obviously some mods will be different but the
basic concept is the same.

Clutch linkage, slave cylinder, bellhousing, crossmember, driveshaft (different
length for manual vs. auto), actual clutch pedal assembly, and some cutting was
required.

It's not a hard job, but you better make sure you cut the holes (unless they're
already there) in the right spots.
