Ok, I just got back from lunch, I put the Mike Leach custom PCM on. Only a
10 mile ride from home to work, mostly interstate, but from what I can tell
my top end power is up, and the peak HP seems to have moved higher in the
RPM??? I pulled out of the neighborhood street, hit 2nd and 3rd (normal
wheel spin) and then proceeded to chirp 4th gear, which I have never done
before???
Really need a few days of hard driving, and then dyno test.
I'm hoping the Dyno Jet will be at the Virginia Chrysler Classic show Oct.14
& 15, so I can dyno then.
BTW, Mike Leach writes the software for the Mopar PCM's, he provides DC with
the '00 4.7L software, and DC uploads the software into the new PCM's. He
set my PCM up with same parameters as the Mopar PCM. 5 degree advance
timing, 4% fuel increase (across the board), 6500 rpm limit, 254 mph limit,
A/C cutout @ WOT.
