The Vortech's are indeed great engines with amazing hp figures, but it is
also a sellout to the marketing dept. The engines aren't that impressive
in torque numbers. They are cammed to wind higher. At least their
marketing department cares to compete on hp numbers. The 6.0l was released
to do battle with the V-10 and the Cummins. As impressive as it is it
doesn't match these motors in pulling power.
Now if they put a 6.0L in an S-10 well.....
