Considering that the bottom of the end-link is an actual balljoint, I doubt it.

Here's what I did that really stiffened up the front end while cornering:

(1) Buy a set of poly-urethane end links and use four of them for the top of
the actual endlinks
(2) Cut two of the bushings in half so you'll have two smaller discs and
install them on both sides on the bottom (joint) of the endlink and tighten it
down.

The sway from side to side under harder cornering is almost eliminated. I've
had mine modified like this for almost 8 months now without any problems at
all. (Squeaks a bit but nothing that a little bit of grease can't take care
of.)
