This on the NYS thruway a while ago. A truck lost a large block of metal.
(crushed car I think) A tractor trailor behind it hit it and the driver was
killed. It turned out the truck that lost the piece was headed to Canada and
never knew what happened. NYS couldn't bring the driver back.
