I'm looking at an extended warranty from one of these two companies.
Warranty Direct and WarrantybyNet and wanted to know if any of you have
used them or have heard good/bad things about them.

I was told Warrantybynet is the sole business on Yahoo auto and that
Warranty Direct was put up there for about a month then removed but I
don't know if it was by their request or Yahoo yanked them. Any insight
would be appreciated.
