If he pulled in front of you, it's his fault (assuming you had the
right of way).

When Norah had her accident, the other guy was racing to get through
a red light and she was turning left. They gave her the ticket.
According to what the cop told us, you're legally obligated to sit
there in the intersection and let them all finish running the red
light before you make your turn.

Make sure you're okay before you worry about the Dak. Trucks can be
replaced, people can't. Don't sign anything until you've talked to
your doctor. Stuff can show up days later that you didn't notice at
first. Norah is still having back pain two years later.
