4.7 Idle Oscillation Problem... The Dealer (long)

OK, I have been accused of being an &*^hole to the dealer.... but first
lets go back to the beginning... At about 12,000 Miles I take my truck to
the dealer because I busted a tranny seal at the track and the truck was
leaking tranny fluid... Figured that while it was there I would have them
look at the idle oscillation these 4.7's are kinda notorious for... well
that and just plain going fast... so anyway they check it all out and what
not and then they find the autolite plugs I put in... well they were like
can't have that, you have to change the plugs ore we are gonna charge you
to, they have to be champions... I was like what if you change the plugs
and they make no difference on the problem, do I still have to pay for
them, and he was like yes.... whatever.... so i changed teh plugs and made
a new appointment to have the plugs changed... so that day comes and after
over an hour they say that they are sorry but they don't have the proper
plugs for the engine... Now I am upset but hey whatever... then today they
finally had the plugs, changed them and since there are no codes in the
computer they tell me there is no problem with my truck, this from a guy
that had NEVER ridden in my truck, the service manager none the less, tells
me there is no problem and I have to live with it... all the while I knew
that the foreman was out sick today and he should have been the one looking
at my truck... but they didn't just say that they were sorry and that I
could come back another night and have this guy look at it... no instead
they say that there is nothing wrong... NOW I AM A BIT PEEVED... I didn't
want to argue in the dealership in front of other customers but at least
admit that there is a problem and you don't know how to fix it... so i
asked the guy if he wanted to see it for himself... I took him for a ride
and he was still saying nothing is wrong... I was like when you have 8
cylinders and the thing wants to die under no load there is a problem....
but since there was no code in the computer he was convinced that this is
how chrysler designed it... I was like fine then it is that way for all
chrysler standards... he said yes... so I said lets take one for a little
test drive to see... he tells me there are no standards on the lot, i
corrected him and said that there were and he quickly stated what he means
that there were 4.7l standards... so finally after an hour of
talking/arguing with him outside he tells me to stop by at my convenience
and the foreman will be taken off whatever he is on to go for a ride with
me... to say the least I am livid right now....

Sorry had to get it out.... so now what should I do...

Chris

Oh and the truck now has 15k miles on it and they will not give me a loaner
because they do not know if they can fix it (even since there is no
problem) and if they can't they are out the car rental and all the
diagnosis time... after all it might not be under warranty he said... I
looked at the truck and pointed from one end of the truck to the other and
said... see those bumpers I am still under the bumper to bumper
warranty and the engine is most definitely between the two bumpers... plus
I am covered to 100k miles... he didn't like that remark...

HELP!!!!!
