Yes. Moving it to a cooler location helps to richen up the mixture slightly.
Therefore, getting rid of that nasty "Normal Operating Temp" power loss that
most of us have felt.

Take a look at GM, Ford, Honda/Acura, Mercedes, and BMW and you'll find that
the IAT is in a much cooler location. (Maybe they know something that Dodge
hasn't figured out...yet.) ;)
