Demand their responses IN WRITING.
Demand that they state clearly that the Warranty is voided.
Demand that they state clearly that the reason the warranty is voided.
Then with some basic warranty law research on the net, you can probably
build an impressive case to present in Small Claims court ( not that I know
anything about the jurisdiction of your state's small claims court).
If they want to deny you such things as racing. They have to prove two
things in court. One, that you ACTUALLY engaged in behavior that was in
breach of the warranty contract. Two that the breach was the proximate
cause of the damage to your truck. You know they can't do that.
