I F*@*ign hate Dodge they suck their dealers suck their customer service
sucks and this will be the last one i own and the shit that what the dm says
is finnal shit sucks why do they have a customer service. They told me that
the DM inspected the truck and said the trans being damage was abuse because
the truck was lowered and I had a 14 sec club sticker in my window so my
warnety was voided. That is bullshit bullshit bullshit. I even asked the
service manager if lowering the truck would effect anything and he said no
now the won't cover it for that reason the truck wasen't lowered when the
problem happened. Customer Service said sorry but if you want to do anything
else about it it would have to go outside DC they had made their final
decesion.
somebody is going to get a truck driving right up their ass.
