No sir, I surely am not. I make it a point not to
touch the halogen bulbs just for that reason. I mean,
it is not like I just put these in, so I don't know if
it was a surge(if that is even possible) or wiring or
what. Now, I am just dredding cleaning out the
housing. :O)
