rubbing sound on 96 lowered Dakota

I have a 96 lowered 2/4 drop with headers and a Y-pipe. I get a rubbing sound
especially when it it cold. The sound happens when you turn, take off and basically
whenever you drive and hit a bump. The exhaust is as tight as could be. What else
could possibly be loose?
