 As you may know, I am (Slowly) building a 360 to put in my 88' Dak. It
currently has a 3.9 backed by an A500 OD trans. I have a 727 that I was
going to put behind the 360. Now I'm thinking that I could save a lot more
gas with the OD trans. My question is, will the A500 stand up to about 450
horses? Can I convert the 727 to a lockup torque converter? (727 is a 1978
model.)
