I've gotten 25-26 on open highway during a roadtrip. This is with a
V6 RC 5sp, 3.21 gears.
My understanding is that the kid is claiming 29 AVERAGE, with a 4.7 &
3.92s, and that I have trouble believing. Sorry.

You know, this morning in stop and stop traffic I
tried it... stayed under 2000 RPM most of the way...
but there are times when I simply downshift and it
goes over (just barely) the 2K mark. That's a lot of
shifting in that traffic!! I am willing to do my best
to try it throughout this tank of gas and see what
happens. (24 mpg was the best I ever got; open hwy on
a road trip)
