Engine is cold too long. Engine coolant temperature remains below normal
operating temperature during vehicle travel (Thermostat problem).
The above is right out of the FSM. You're stuck in open loop too....not to
mention your t-stat stuck open.

BTW-My temp is running really COLD, just a little above the 130F notch on
that ridiculously hard to figure out stock gauge.
