The way things are looking, it is the death of Chrysler, unless they will
allow the company to be its own distinct identity...Moses once said, "LET MY
PEOPLE GO". I have no loyalty to Benz and club.

As I said I have seen very few mergers that we're friendly, and almost
always the company taking over went back on what they promised.

If he is in fact a financial expert he should have guess that what was
promised was not true, this is certainly not the first merger gone wrong.

The fellow who wrote this was a financial expert, not a "naive" Chrysler fan
or employee. He knows his stuff, but you can only know these things if the
truth isn't hidden. Shrempp did his best to hide the truth, and he managed
to fool the smartest. Simple as that....
