As far as I know there is no criteria for banning someone from the list I
dont think there have been many people that have been. A few years ago we
had a Tony/Amanda inncident which started many many many flame wars and he
wasn't banned for his actions. I dont think Jon will ban people for what
they say on this list which is a policy I support, the list has been around
for quite some time with these rules and there have been no incidents where
banning someone from the list has been needed or actually done from what I
can tell.
