I went after the Lemon Law on my truck.... plain and simple its a joke.
Unless its a safety issue, they won't do jack about it. I did however get a
100,000 mile extended warranty. They gave me that so I wouldn't go through
arbitration. I was talking with someone who had the exact same problems mine
did, and he went through arbitration and didn't get anything out of it.
They will tell you that in order to get another vehicle, you have to pay for
tax tags and title for the new one, plus pay .15 to .25 for everyone mile
you have on your vehicle, which of course is dealer discretion. So your
really just giving them your truck, and paying sticker price for a new one
and giving them a down payment for another one.
Oh, and I get the same thing.... can't duplicate problem when at the
dealership.
