Nice turnout too! A lot of people had all time best 1/4 mi. runs in their
Dakotas. Some of the quick ones off the top of my head are; Scott Miller's
360 carb'd 'powered '89 Shelby Dak... 12.2 @112, Wayne Swanson's '98 5.2
5-spd Vortech SC powered RC Sport ... 13.2@104, Charles Smith's amazing all
motor '99 RC R/T ... 13.6 @99 and Ed Morrris' '99 RC R/T, all motor with
Hughes heads and camshaft ... 13.8 at a fast 102 mph ! Best I could muster
was a 14.01@96. Looking forward for the next time!
