Thanks Sam. I ended up buying a pair of suction cup mounting doo-hickeys made
by "Rough-Country" (or something like that). I dunno about 'em though. If they
work I think they are kinda' trick but if my rifle falls off 'cause the suction
cups don't hold, I'm gonna' be some kinda pissed! I'll be heading to
Wally-World if they do fail.

I have a gun rack in my 99 cc. I got it from wally
world, cost about 10 bucks. I has two pieces that are
held together with wing nuts, and slide in to the
window frame. I have had two 12ga. shotguns on it
bouncing through a trail with no problems. The best
thing is they come out in about 5min, though I love
being a redneck I dont like to addvertise.
