It is now 12:30 AM PST and Al Gore has retracted his concession phone call
to George Bush. It appears the networks prematurely gave Florida to Bush.
There's only a margin of 1,100 votes for Bush in Florida. When the
difference is within .5% a recount must occur. It is still possible for one
man to win by electoral votes and one man to win by popular vote. There is
only a difference of 150,000 votes nationwide. 24% of California votes
haven't been counted yet. This is better than a horse race. So as of right
now, 1:15 AM PST, we don't know who's going to President.
