I used the hemi looking Tundra tailgate version that covers the hole for
14.95 a piece.

They're custom made from billet aluminum. On the factory ones, there's 2
pins that go into those holes. Otoh, my '01 doesen't have any emblems at
all on the fenders. Leaves the option open to me for some custom ones.
