Any more help on my MSD problem?

OK, here's what I've done. I'm at a total loss at
this point. I removed the Accel coil from the loop
and went back to the stock coil. No change. I
bypassed the MSD box (courtesy of the universal wiring
harness) and tried it again. A little better, but the
roughness is still there. I pulled each wired and
made sure that it was well seated and that there was a
click when it clipped over the plug. No change. I
pulled each wire off the distributor cap and snapped
it back on. No change. I pulled the distributor cap
off and checked to make sure the rotor was fully
seated and that no damage had been done to the cap or
the rotor. Seemed fine put it back together and get
the same results. I plugged the MSD box back in and
it just seems worse. It's like it just amplifies the
stutter/stumble/miss. I would kill for a scan tool to
see if I am getting misfires and on what plug. I have
AutoTap for my Pontiac, and it tells you all of this
stuff. Of course it isn't available for Mopars yet
:-(
Any more thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
