For us non-automotive engineers, speak English. What does it mean from 28"
or 25"?

I know...I asked them why 28" instead of 25" and he said "That's where we
tested it at".

Go figure....maybe to get better numbers???

28" is kind of strange for a test point... Its about 780cfm at 25" (where I
test mine)...
