No problem brake torqueing mine.

Are you leaving it in drive? That would cause it possibly if you didn't
get the tire speed up fast enough.

I've held in first then moved it to second and brought it to the top of
second gear. No problems holding it with the brake.

The line loc is a cool toy. I have them on my cuda and RR. But with a
factory auto you can still damage the sprag and overrunning clutch. That's
what's great about the manual valve bodies I have in those other cars. In
combo with the line lock you start your burn out in second gear and avoid
the majority of possible harm to the tranny and converter.

I know people do put line locks in stock automatics, but its probably
asking for tranny trouble to be doing LOTS of burn outs. I try to keep it
to the occasional testosterone flash. I always try to drive out of them
smoothly in second gear, trying not to "shock" the driveline.
