I came across a year-or-so-old email from one of gurus on the DIY EFI list.
He said that he knew of only 2 people that did this. It took each about
6 months of intensive reverse engineering of the pcm program to find where
the MAP signal was referenced and to make appropriate changes once they were
able to find out what these changes were.
