I think your best bet would be to get a used set or find 'em in a
junkyard. (Maybe try carparts.com?) You may want to try checking
with Kammer & Kammer and Hughes Engines. They may be able to get
the heads for you cheaper than you can and then do the porting for
you.
If you're feeling especially adventurous, the "stock" V8 heads are
around $250 each, I think. If you're handy with a welder, maybe you
could hack 3/4 of 'em off, then have 'em ported? (Just a wild shot in
the dark; I have no idea how things like the water passages compare...)
