I have a 98 318 CC Sport 4x4 with the automatic transmission. It came with a
factory trans cooler and I put an additional aftermarket one on as well. I
have the overhead console that tells me im getting between 9.2 - 10.0 mpg
city and 10.0 - 11.5 mpg highway which is absolutely ridiculous. Do you think
the trans with both coolers is being kept too cold and burning more gasoline?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciatedI have purposely babied the motor
to see if it would help conserve gas but it doesnt seem to help. Im currently
spending in excess of $250.00 a month in gas alone !!!!!!!!
