Nuts; I forgot to mention one thing:
If you are planning to hang the calendar on the wall (as I immagine most people
are), the calendars can be ordered with a 1/4" hole or a small "binder clip";
please specify which one you would like. (The clip will allow you to hang the
calendar on the wall without having a hole through each picture, just in case
you'd like to frame the pictures later, or something...) If you don't specify
wether you'd like a hole, clip, or nothing, the calendar will come with the
hole.
