Well I was able to dig up the info from an older MP Engines manual.

For anyone interested,
Intake Exhaust
#1 TDC #2&#7 #4&#8
Rotate 180
#4TDC #1&#8 #3&#6
Rotate 180
#6TDC #3&#4 #5&#7
Rotate180
#7TDC #5&#6 #1&#2

The above will work on most cams we use, for long duration see MP chart
