I'm right with ya Steven, Fastest "Stock" RT RC I've ever witnessed was
14.8's,(2000 RT RC) and that was'nt totally stock (air intake), I've seen
Carson Henderson run 14.7's in his '00 RC 4.7L 5spd (bone stock, paper
filter, and all)
14.51 is a stretch to say the least.

Sorry, I don't buy the 14.51 as bone stock. You're either considering
slicks, exhaust, headers, intake, TB, ignition, converter, and 1.7 rockers
stock OR you're leaving out a second.
I've been hanging out at Drag Strips for 34 years (since I was two weeks
old), I've heard all sorts of exaggerations. 14.51 bonestock for an R/T
doesn't mesh with the performance of the dozen or so I've witnessed in
person and the dozens more I've heard about.
