I figured if there was any chance the time was real it would have to have
come from a magical day at one of the quick sealevel tracks. Like a clear
cool spring day at Englishtown or the old days at Baylands (Fremont, CA).
US 41 is not a particularly fast track.
Does that mean he could have run 13.9's at a good track on a great day with
a little more engine breakin???
I don't buy it. That's just my opinion. Or my $2.87 worth? :-)
