I use a product called Frost Buster (good match for my Tough Nuts :-P).
...1 part Frost Buster with 3 parts windshield washer fluid. I don't
know where you can get it in U.S. (Walmart?) but I get it at Canadian Tire
up here. It comes in a spray bottle or a jug ... can also be used full
blast.
