At Walmart I found a Prestone bottle (clear) called something "heat"
that you drop into a nearly-full washer fluid resevior and it's supposed
to improve the de-icing abilities of regular washer fluid, plus drop its
freezing point by 20 degrees F.

I spilled some when I opened it, it had a familiar smell to it. Checked
the label - contains isopropyl alcohol. I'll re-read the label later
today, but it seems like all it does is increase the alcohol
concentration of the fluid. If that's the case, I'll probably just use
regular rubbing alcohol next time.
