I build 9# with the 11# pulley...still the same Gatorback belt.

Yeah, but relly, thing is anything over the 9lb is illegal, but ya could try
the 11# at the track. Anyhow, that 7 rib pulley I was talking about should
help get close to 9lbs outta the 9lb belt.
