Like most 23PSI blown ricer cars, good for a few runs for blowing either the
top or bottom end. But using the same logic, let add the same to a GTS car
and race it again with the Neon. Now we have 900 to 1200HP. Who do you
think will win?
Yet, we all know the Neon has no power under stock with a 150HP but the GTS
does with 450HP (with 3.08:1 gears).
