Not really since the stock version only can produce a 1/4 mile in 16.X
seconds. There is nothing to read.
Garnishing another 5-6 seconds off the Neon stock version, is nothing to
debate about but a complete reqengineering ($$$$$) process of the vehicle to
make go faster.
In the end, I rather opted for a vehicle already has the HP/TQ factor and
then add some more streetable/strip HP/TQ.
