Electrical gremlins butts kicked, now for the heater....

Thanks to the suggestions on my electrical problems. Pulled the dash and began
searching. Metered and discovered the cigar lighter was toast. Removed it but
was still blowing the fuse but only when the right turn signal was used. Found
the right rear turn signal was bad but still working. The filament had broken
but was hanging down and making contact with the other filament. Also the
taillight lense was cracked and the bulb sockets were a ball of rust. Cleaned
them up, replaced the bulb and I've got lights again!

However the heater is still out. It is either the switch or the blower motor.
Anyone know how to determine which it would be? If it's the blower motor I
know where to get one but the manual says to drain the rad to replace it??
Why? As far as I can see the blower motor has nothing to do with the rad
fluid. ANy help?
