Ok! I forgot to tell the Ford Engineers not take it when you was working.
I would love to find a Nova or Chevelle body and drop in the BAD BOY BIG
BLOCK MERLIN. Could you imagine a 1000HP street motor? hehehehe

Got the prints today via express mail. Yes, it is a
Chevy block. For both marine and street/strip
applications. Oh, and for answer to everyone's
response. It is a grey iron casting. It is currently
under lock and key; because it is FULLY machined!
That's right folks; all it needs now is the externals
and internals. I've been working 16 hour shifts
lately (from 2200 [10 p.m.] to 1400 [2 p.m]) annd when
I arrived last night to my lab; What did I find?
Somebody tried to break into my lab. The interior
door trim was a mess. So, now the block is in a more
secure area. HA! Since we also make the small block
Chevy for World Products, the Mopar Performance and
the Ford Racing blocks. When we get one returned for
a repairable imperfection; it turns up missing. Plus
since I've been driving my Premier lately and not my
Dakota and since I drove the Dak last night guess what
I had to do. That's right! Had to raise my hood! Oh
well, I can live with that.
