Example:
If TPS voltage = 3v and MAP is under 2v than MAP = 3v. It monitors the TPS
and MAP voltages (and compares them to a reference - the 1.8v - 3.8v) and
adjusts to the output voltage that you select...again - 1.8v - 3.8v.
