Jason,a flowmaster is all about sound. There is a lot of mufflers out there
that will give much better performance gains than a flow.Consider a hooker
aero-chamber(buddy with a 5.4L ford saw much 1/8mi et improvement with this
over a flow),or dynomax ultra-flow(comes stock on the R/T's).I run a
2-chamber flowmaster,"dumped"(dual turndowns just forward of my big-ass
9.25" rear axle).HTH,

Any one have opinions on a flowmaster on a 4.7L. Specifically the 70
series. Is there any performance difference between series-es, or is it all
just noise.

Hey Matt, you seem to be the authority on the go fast 4.7L's. What headers
are you using, any suggestions.
