Ok, some "facts" according to motortrend during their '99 top speed shootout:
0-60 - Viper: 4.1 Maranello: 4.2
1/4 mile - Viper: 12.2 @ 119.8 Maranello: 12.5 @ 116.9
standing mile - Viper: 30.9 @ 168.4 Maranello: 31.2 @ 168 (finally catching
up a bit)
skidpad - Viper: .98g Maranello: .93g
0-100-0 - Viper: (8.8 + 5.0)13.8 Maranello: (9.6+4.3) 13.9 ABS helps
slalom - Viper: 70.1 Maranello: 68.1
Again, this according to motortrend, who knows where they get thier numbers.
The ferrari is a sweet car, but the viper is still king. The ferrari only had
it beat in braking and top speed. With ABS now, and the new one comming for
2003, THE VIPER WILL ALWAYS BE KING!!!!
