my apologies. I am not referring to normal idle speed, I am referring to
the idle speed on a cold morning when you first start it up and the engine
is warming up. Remember back in the old days when trucks/cars had carbs and
automatic chokes? When you would start the truck you set the choke by
pushing the gas pedal to the floor and letting up. The truck/car would idle
at an increased speed as it warmed, then drop off to normal. I don't see
that in my Dak and I'm wondering if that is normal. It seems to warm-up and
run at about the same idle speed. Thanks for all your replies.
