Also, you should file a police report. Chances are they're going to do it
to other people, too. If enough people complain, they'll eventually get
caught.
There's lots of little pricks like that running around. A few days ago a
moron hit a 6 year old tree on my community's property. Replacement value?

Anyways, your insurance should definitely cover it for you, and you were
definitely not at fault. They shouldn't hassle you too much about it....
