I haven't had any luck uploading to @home or to my site on the
twistedbits server for about the past week. I just got off the phone with
Cox@home and told them of the problem. Long story short, they have had a
sh!t load of calls from RI and other states saying the same thing. Cox knows
of the problem, but they don't have a cure nor do they have a time frame
when it will be fixed. Once I got my ticket number I asked to be transferred
to the billing department where I firmly asked for a credit. I was given a
two week credit on my next bill and can call back indefinitely asking for
more credit for as long as this problem exists. As tempting as it is to have
free cable service, I am now on the hunt for another cable / DSL provider.
Call your provider and you should receive a credit as well. Oh yea ...
D*mn fine looking Dak ;-)
